Experience:

• 2-3 years of experience in Farm Equipment/Telecom/FMCG/Rural Banking

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to promote our range of agricultural machinery and equipment
• Identify potential customers, build and maintain relationships, and generate leads
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth
• Provide excellent customer service and support to existing and potential clients
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery
• Stay updated with the latest industry developments and product knowledge

Location:

• Uttar Pradesh: Lucknow, Agra, Prayagraj, Gorakhpur
• Madhya Pradesh: Jabalpur, Gwalior, Sagar, Chhindwara

Salary:

• Competitive salary ranging from 3 to 5 Lacs per annum based on qualifications and experience

Requirements:

• Age between 25 and 30 years
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Good understanding of the agricultural industry and farming practices
