Job Description:

As a Business System Analyst, you will play a vital role in working with business stakeholders, leveraging your business analysis skills to gather and document requirements related to enterprise reporting solutions. You will collaborate closely with product owners and other business stakeholders, providing valuable insights and suggesting process architecture improvements to the IT team. Your expertise in data analysis and proficiency with statistical tools will be crucial in identifying, analyzing, and interpreting patterns and trends within complex data sets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to collect, define, and document business requirements for enterprise reporting solutions.
• Provide inputs to the project team regarding system integration and mapping requirements.
• Analyze current business processes and data platforms, identifying areas for improvement.
• Present findings and ideas to stakeholders, ensuring solutions meet business needs.
• Prepare comprehensive analysis reports, enabling stakeholders to make informed decisions based on data trends.
• Perform sanity testing and user acceptance testing as necessary.
• Prioritize initiatives and user stories based on business requirements.
• Possess a good understanding of various database and cloud technologies.
• Familiarity with agile tools like Jira/Confluence and experience in creating user stories and epics would be advantageous.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience as a Business System Analyst.
• Domain knowledge in Clinical Research Organization & Biopharmaceutical services would be beneficial.
• Proven experience in data engineering, data warehouse, and BI reporting projects.
• Proficiency in data profiling, data mining, and supporting documentation.
• Strong understanding of data platforms and analytics systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work remotely and collaborate effectively with remote teams.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
